Hello, and thank you for stopping by!

My name is Zach, and I’m a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product designer based in Ohio; I also have experience in both educational and industrial technologies.

My journey into UX began during my undergraduate career in psychology. The more I learned about the human mind…

During my time as a graduate assistant for the School of Information (iSchool) at Kent State University, I talked with one of my faculty advisors about the frustrations of finding and providing sample data in order to create believable UX deliverables like wireframes and prototypes. …

For my semester project in my “Responsive Web Design” course at Kent State University, I built a website for Franklin County Family and Community Services (FCFCS), a fictional non-profit organization devoted to serving and educating the Franklin County area through rehabilitation, reproductive health, and youth outreach.

The final project for my “Interaction in Practice” course at Kent State University was to construct a working prototype of a mobile app. We had to create a mobile app that provides a service, but we were virtually unlimited in terms of project constraints, including budget and technological limitations.
